Staying where you are, have you been to Sainte Chapelle, which is in that area? It is well worth the visit – very fine stone columns and masses of stained glass. you get to it through a passageway from the courtyard of the Palais du Justice near Cite Metro station. Mum asks you to say Hello to the golden statue of Joan of Arc in the Rue de Rivoli opposite the Louvre!
