		<description>Honestly, if you only have a week, I wouldn&#039;t go to any of those places -- too much travel time for such a short trip.  I&#039;d look closer to home (Cambodia, perhaps, or NZ - something where I&#039;m not going to lose two whole days getting to and from my destination).

If those were the only options, and you&#039;re thinking of April, I&#039;d probably choose Paris.  Quebec I&#039;d hit either in Jan/Feb (for the winter stuff) or wait for better weather in July.  And for New England ... Summer (for good weather) or Autumn (for the leaves changing).  April weather is very unreliable there.</description>
