		<description>Yep. it&#039;s dead sexy stuff. ESX 3i is the freeware version. It&#039;s designed for a single host only and so doesn&#039;t have any other cool stuff like failover, vMotion, etc, but it&#039;s more than enough the play with the basics.</description>

		<description>Had some experience with ESX Server with a client last year - very impressive stuff, particularly with scriptable templates to create multiple server instances.

One of the other big benefits of virtualisation (which you touched on with minimising hardware costs) is being able to dynamically retask hardware for different purposes in a larger organisation. Some real fantastic possibilities inherent in it.</description>
